What is Private Equity?
In finance, private equity is an asset class consisting of equity securities in operating companies that are not publicly traded on a stock exchange. An investor invests into a company that is still private (not traded). Through private equity a company can receive the necessary financing to advance its projects and to be successful. The idea behind such an investment is to either be able to sell the stocks in the market when the company goes public or that the company will be bought by a larger company and the investor will get his capital back that way. Private Equity involves a lot of risk but also has a huge upside potential.
As a financial professional Norman Meier has a lot of experience with Private Equity. He has written down all his knowledge and has put together a basic education for Private Equity. So far this program is only available in German.

Der Inhalt dieser Ausbildung ist einzigartig und kann sonst nirgends erworben werden. Der Text ist entstanden aus der Ausbildung als ehemaliger Broker, Gesprächen mit Finanzanwälten und dem effektiven Listing von mehreren Firmen an amerikanischen Börsen.
Die Ausbildung hat einen extrem hohen Wert, denn es steckt viel Zeit und Arbeit in diesem Werk, der über die Jahre in dieser Branche erarbeitet wurde.
Der Ausbildungstext ist der erste Schritt. Danach folgt ein schriftlicher Test. Wer also diese Ausbildung bestellt, darf also danach einen schriftlichen Test absolvieren. Dieser Test findet alle drei Monate in der Schweiz in Zürich statt. Details zum Test werden jeweils den Teilnehmern direkt bekannt gegeben.
Nach bestandender Prüfung erhält der Teilnehmer ein Diplom von der Swiss Management Academy mit dem Titel „Private Equity Specialist“.
